Both Howard and Bernadette, and Leonard, who is mad at Sheldon for how he reacted to the pregnancy news, say they’re leaving. Sheldon gets angry, selfishly ignoring his friends’ concerns about their children. Bernadette and Howard’s babysitter grows overwhelmed by their two children, leading the couple to tell Sheldon they think they need to go home. Raj, meanwhile, meets Sarah Michelle Gellar on the plane. Penny eventually tells her friends that the pregnancy was unplanned, but without any explanation for why she’s changed her mind about having kids in the first place. He tells Amy, who is excited but confused. When he tells Leonard, however, Leonard spills the news Sheldon, as one might expect, is not emotional, but relieved he won’t be on the receiving end of an illness just as he prepares to give an acceptance speech.
